J. Crew Sequin Anchor Tank, Silk Bow Cami in Stripe, Tippi Sweater in Garment-Dyed Linen, and Cotton-Silk Perfect Shirt in Raj Paisley

Hi Everyone!

I have a few J. Crew top/shirt/blouse reviews that I want to share.  I LOVE how the J. Crew website pairs the Sequin Anchor Tank with the No. 2 Pencil Skirt in Seersucker.  I want to emulate this styling, so I grabbed the Sequin Anchor Tank earlier this week.  Here, I have it paired with the J. Crew Schoolboy Blazer in Seersucker:

Here is the website image featuring the Sequin Anchor Tank:

I LOVE this look!  Check out this look on the lovely Suzy HERE.

I also grabbed the Silk Bow Cami in Stripe.  I love this top too.  Unfortunately, I couldn't get the bow tied the way it looks on the website, but here is an IRL picture of the top:

And, here is the website image featuring this top:

I also snagged the Tippi Sweater in Garment-Dyed Linen in Cafe Mint and Neon Pink.  Here is an IRL picture of the Cafe Mint color:

This sweater is a bit sheer; however, I'm okay with that because I always layer tops.  I LOVE the Cafe Mint and Neon Pink colors of this sweater.

Finally, I grabbed the Cotton-Silk Perfect Shirt in Raj Paisley a few weeks ago, and I've been meaning to post an IRL picture of the top.  I'm holding the Jackie Sweater that I plan to wear over the shirt.  I don't remember the name of the color of the jackie, but the color code is "SGR."  Here are the IRL pictures:

This shirt is the same print as the No. 2 Pencil Skirt in Raj Paisley that I reviewed HERE.

What do you think of the J. Crew Sequin Anchor Tank, the Silk Bow Cami in Stripe, the Tippi Sweater in Garment-Dyed Linen, and the Cotton-Silk Perfect Shirt in Raj Paisley?  Do tell!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I love that tank! I don't think it would work on me, but I think you look smashing in it!

I bought the neon persimmon tippi, which I think is quite lovely and I think the mint colour is great. I love the silk bow top as well! It is sadly not for me as I am a 34G and so need that bra and I don't have a good brad that would work with it, sadly!

    1. WMM: Thanks SO much!! I love this tank too! You know, I'm rethinking the silk bow top only because I'd never wear it without a sweater/blazer over it. I'm not sure if doing so will take away from the beauty of the shirt. We'll see!

Thanks SO much for being here!

  3. the sequin tank is so cute on you! I love it with the seersucker pencil skirt as seen on the website. Think you have the skirt too, right? Just wondering if the skirt is lined? I have tried the no.2 pencil skirt in cotton and I find it better if it's lined.

    Enjoy your weekend!

  6. I'm not a fan of the anchor tank, but I do appreciate how it looks w/a blazer. The raj print is beautiful on you. i like how the cardigan works with it, too. J Crew & their colors!

  11. Know I am way past late to this conversation, but just wanted to let you know that I actually fell over my own two feet trying to find the sequin anchor tank after seeing your pix and review. Hunted it down...Found it...bought it...and it now has a new home in my closet. Wished I could have found it in a L but the M will work just as well (and I got tired of calling the stores across the country). Thanks again for your (very informative) posts and love all the great pixs! Can't wait for the first FALL preview to see all the new posts.

  13. I totally just posted on my blog about how to style the Old Navy sequined anchor tank. Little did I know that J Crew shoppers were rocking this style years ago!
