Hi Everyone!

I received the J. Crew Factory Printed Pencil Skirt in Rouge yesterday.  I LOVE this pattern, as well as the way the skirt is styled on the J. Crew Factory website here:

Here are a few IRL pictures of the skirt:

And, here is a closer picture of the pattern:

I really like this skirt!  See this skirt on the lovely shopwithm here  and the lovely Audrey Bella here.  I hope that I haven't missed any other reviews of this skirt.

  2. Very pretty! I am drawn to that print but haven't bought anything in it for some reason. I also liked the flair-style skirt that was out last year in this print.

    1. cate: Thanks SO much!!! I was drawn to this print last year too; however, flair skirts just don't work for me. It looked great on everyone else though!

  3. The print is beautiful, but for me it would be more of a summer pattern than a winter pattern.
How do you plan to wear it?

    1. Ina: I agree that this is a very pretty print, and I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't work well into Fall. However, the Factory store sent me a few pictures of the skirt paired with a green jacket that makes it look more appropriate for Fall. So, I'm still playing around with the skirt in my closet for now!

  8. Your figure looks great in pencil skirts! How do you think the quality and fit of the factory skirts compare to that of the no. 2 pencil skirts in retail stores?

  9. Totally cute! I was and still am a little tempted by this pattern, but for some reason the fact that the factory skirts are unlined drives me nuts!! If only! But really, that looks great on you!
